Fill out our inquiry form with your event date, venue name, and the letters or phrase you have in mind. Include your city — Los Angeles, Orange County, or the Inland Empire — so we can confirm availability and delivery. We respond within 24 hours.
We confirm your date and letters
One of the sisters reviews your request and confirms inventory, delivery logistics, and any venue-specific requirements. We lock in your date with a deposit and send a written confirmation.
Delivery and setup
We arrive 1–2 hours before your event start time to set up the letters exactly where you want them. We coordinate directly with your venue or planner so the setup is seamless and stress-free.
Enjoy — we handle teardown
After your reception, we return to break down and collect the letters. Most pickups happen the same night or the following morning, depending on your venue agreement. You focus on celebrating.
